At Franciscan Villa, we live our continuum of care philosophy through the multitude of services we offer our residents and our work in the community.

We were the first in the state to offer on-site child day care services, and we continue our commitment to intergenerational programming through our Child Day Center.

We are also leaders in memory care services, providing care at Franciscan Gardens for those with early memory loss, and Francis House, for those with mid– to late-stage memory loss. Additionally, our LEAD (Life Enhancement for Alzheimer’s and Dementia) unit at our skilled nursing facility, offers 24-hour care to residents with greater needs.

And we provide spiritual and rehabilitative services through Rehab Care, located on our campus, which is also a Wisconsin Master Gardener site. Come visit our campus and see the beautiful work of the gardeners along our Way of St. Francis.
